I want to live in Hayama!
But, my work is in Yokosuka, so the commute is just a little too far isn’t it…
I would love to live in a lush, green area like Kikoba or Kamiyaguchi, but there are not many houses for sale these days.
This is the house for you.
This is Kikoba!
This is a new house!
On this corner there is an unexpected and exceptionally orderly new housing development.
With a little work you could have a garden.
All though I would say that it is spacious enough for both a BBQ and garden play area.
If you spend the day in the mountains and ocean, enjoying things like hiking and surfing, there is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before stepping inside your clean house.
At the entrance of the house there is a 355 square foot living room, dining room and kitchen.
These beautiful built in shelves are a perfect place to keep things such as your child’s study materials and your personal computer.
From the kitchen you can gaze out into the living room.
The master bedroom is 177 square ft. So, if you divide the master bedroom, you could make this into a four bedroom house.
Mikuni kindergarten is right next to this house (It’s the light pink building you see in the middle of this picture).
Within a 2 to 3 minute walk you are in Yokosuka city.
You can conveniently drive to nearby shopping areas such as Kinugasa Station, Shioiri, Yokosukachuo Station, and Heiseicho.
I heard from the neighbors that it is best to do shopping at AVE in Hiratsuka and Keikyu FHaB in Ikegami.
There is a park nearby.
At the time I took the picture no one was there.
There are monkey bars,
And a slide,
And a jungle gym!
All to yourself!!!
